Specifications
- Input voltage: 100 to 130 VAC, single phase standard, other input voltages
available on special order. System draw is less than 10A at 120VAC.
- Outputs: Defect output is 1A, 120 VAC opto-isolated solid state relay
for each scan zone and for system alarm outputs.
- Interface: Numerous, specified at the time of order.
- Number of scan zones: Up to 16 standard, 24 and 36 available on special
order.
- Minimum detectable defect size: 0.500" at line speeds up to 600 fpm. From
the minimum size, the detectable size is user defined by setting multiple parameters
which define “defect”.
- Frequency of operation: 50 kHz to 100 kHz standard, others available.
- Sensor update rate: Programmable up to 135 samples/sec/scan zone.
- Product thickness capability: 1/4" through 5/8". Commitment for guaranteed
function is based on evaluation of customer product samples.
- Process line widths: 4' and 5' standard product widths.
- Electronics enclosure: NEMA 12 or factory floor pedestal.
- Operating temperature range (ambient): 0 - 135 °F.
